The Goldie Initiative Continues Expansion with 2024-25 Cohort
The Goldie Initiative, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preparing women to advance as leaders in commercial real estate, recently announced scholarship winners for the upcoming school year. Since 2007, The Goldie Initiative has created a professional community of women with extraordinary academic and leadership potential, known as Goldie Scholars.
The program supports women pursuing graduate-level studies in business, law, design, or management, with a focus on real estate. An unprecedented thirty-eight Goldie Scholars representing 18 universities nationally were selected, with five new graduate institutions joining the ranks, including Boston University, George Washington University, Ohio State University, University of Virginia, and Yale University.
New in 2024, is a partnership with the Debbie Frank Legacy Fund, which also includes CREW Chicago. The incoming cohort of Goldie Scholars will be celebrated and introduced to the community at the 8th annual Goldie Gala, along with this year’s Shero award winner, Molly McShane, CEO of The McShane Companies.
