The Goldie Initiative Expands National Mentor Network with 44 Executive Leaders Supporting Women in CRE

Each Goldie Scholar is matched with an individual mentor who is an experienced senior real estate professional. Mentors are selected for their ability to serve as role models, their industry experience, and specific expertise in an area that enhances each scholar’s experience and interests. This year’s mentors represent key markets across the U.S. and provide personalized, high-quality guidance through The Goldie Initiative’s industry-leading mentor match process. The Goldie Initiative’s staff and volunteers recruited 20 new mentors to the program, mostly from the organization’s expansion cities of New York, Boston, and Washington D.C., ensuring that Goldie Scholars across the country have access to mentors who are local to them and familiar with their regional markets.
