Breakfast with Sheros

This year, the Goldie Scholars had the opportunity to present their “elevator pitch” to the esteemed Goldie Gala Sheros. This exercise required the scholars to craft a concise and compelling summary of their personal stories and aspirations. Among the Sheroes were Pam Boneham, Karen Case, and Molly McShane, along with Goldie Wolfe Miller, all of whom provided invaluable feedback and insights to the aspiring scholars.

L to R: Alicja Pawlus, Maira Huizar, Roxanne Ibe, Corinth Jackson, Karen Case, Katie Kazas, Molly McShane, Victoria Reznik, Neeva Shrestha

When Women Invest: A Fireside Chat with Katie Dunn and Momei Qu

The Alumnae & Events Committee hosted special interview with Alumna Katie Dunn moderated by Board Member Momei Qu about investment challenges for women both in real estate and alternative investments. Katie shared how she got started in real estate finance and then pivoted to alternative investments. Attendees learned how women can look at investment opportunities and how to break into this typically (for now!) male-dominated sphere.

This event was live streamed and recorded, which can be viewed here.
