The Goldie Initiative uses Goldie Connect as a way to connect emerging female leaders with experienced professionals in the CRE Industry. Goldie Connect is formerly known as Mentorship Rocket.
What is Goldie Connect (Formerly Mentorship Rocket)?
The Goldie Initiative provides high-quality networking by connecting seasoned executives (female and male) with emerging female leaders via our online portal. It connects a wide variety of extraordinary leaders in the CRE industry with Goldie Scholars and women at companies that partner with the Initiative. If you’ve participated in Mentorship Rocket in the past, Goldie Connect is the new and improved platform. A recorded informational webinar is scheduled on February 10th to cover the platform and how to best utilize Goldie Connect to tap into The Goldie Initiative’s exclusive network. Once participants are enrolled in the program, they will receive access to our online community, where much more information will be available.
Who can benefit from Goldie Connect?
Presenting, Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver 2024 Goldie Gala sponsor companies can share this benefit with their female rising stars in CRE. Through Goldie Connect (Formerly Mentorship Rocket), your selected female employees can book one-on-one in-person or virtual networking sessions with seasoned female and male executives who offer valuable guidance for professional growth.
Participant Eligibility Requirements:
- Less than 10 years of professional experience.
- Exclusively available for female employees.
When does the program run?
This program is active February-July 2025. An informational webinar is scheduled for February 10th, 2025.
Why did The Goldie Initiative create Goldie Connect?
- Allow Goldie Scholars and emerging female leaders access to more leaders in the CRE industry.
- Streamline networking opportunities within The Goldie Initiative program.
