BOMA/Suburban Chicago recognized Kristin Bush, Real Estate Manager at CBRE, for her work with the Developing Leaders Steering Committee and events throughout 2015. It was noted that Kristin is always encouraging team members and peers to take advantage of events and opportunities through their BOMA/Suburban Chicago membership. Presenting Kristin the award is Bruce Larson, FMA, Senior Portfolio Manager at Aetna Real Estate Services, who is currently President of BOMA/Suburban Chicago.

DEVELOPING LEADER OF THE YEAR
Our Developing Leader of the Year Award recognizes the efforts of a member involved in Developing Leader events and projects who demonstrate leadership. This year’s winner is a leader both in BOMA/Suburban Chicago’s Developing Leaders Steering Committee and within this member’s company.
Our Developing Leader has attended and been involved in Developing Leader events this year, both educational and networking oriented. She also attends many other BOMA events and is always encouraging team members and peers to take advantage of events and opportunities of BOMA/Suburban Chicago membership.
Kristin has received several professional awards that recognize her potential as a leader and young professional in the commercial real estate industry. She has sought out programs within her company to develop her leadership skills and further her real estate career. While managing properties totaling 550,000 square feet, she is finding time to pursue an MBA at Roosevelt University, with a concentration in real estate. Our Developing Leader is also very involved in charitable organizations in the community, including as Treasurer for “Real Estate Takes Heart”, an organization which raises funds for the American Heart Association. Yes, you guessed it…BOMA/Suburban Chicago’s 2015 Developing Leader of the Year is…Kristin Bush, Real Estate Manager with CBRE! Congratulations Kristin!
