Our Mission & Vision

Goldie Gala 2023

Positioning Commercial Real Estate for Long-Term Success

The Goldie Initiative prepares women for leadership roles in CRE by fostering strong industry relationships and leadership skills. Our program adapts to market shifts and addresses the barriers women continually face in the industry.

Why We Exist

Gender Gap in CRE: Women make up 37% of the commercial real estate industry – a figure that hasn’t changed in over 15 years—and only 9% hold C-suite roles.

Reflecting the Market: The real estate workforce should better mirror its diverse audience of users and buyers.

Different Perspectives Fuel Success: Balanced gender representation enhances financial results, innovation, decision-making, talent retention, brand reputation, and risk management.
