BUILDING LEADERS. SHAPING THE FUTURE.

Each year, The Goldie Initiative continues to advance its mission of empowering women to become leaders in commercial real estate through scholarship support, mentorship, and leadership training. This annual report highlights the impact of our community — the scholars, mentors, partners, and supporters who believe in the power of women’s leadership to transform the industry.

In the past year, we’ve celebrated remarkable milestones: expanding our scholar network, deepening our partnerships, and continuing to elevate women into positions of influence. The stories and results shared in the following pages are a testament to the dedication, resilience, and vision of our community.

As we reflect on this year’s achievements and look ahead, one thing remains clear: when we invest in women, we invest in a stronger, more equitable future for real estate and beyond.

Thank you for being part of The Goldie Initiative — for standing with us, supporting our mission, and helping us create lasting change. Please click on the image below to view The Goldie Initiative 2025 Annual Report, published May 2026.

We are pleased to recognize the following individuals and organizations below and will also include them in our 2026 Annual Report to ensure their contributions receive the acknowledgment they deserve.
