Founded in 2007 by Chicago real estate icon Goldie B. Wolfe Miller, The Goldie Initiative is dedicated to redefining the commercial real estate industry by elevating and advancing the careers of women with high potential. The Goldie Initiative has created a professional community of women with extraordinary academic and leadership potential who are its Goldie Scholars. The organization’s unique strategy of scholarship, mentoring, networking, and professional development cultivates talented women into future leaders.
