The Goldie Initiative is pleased to announce new jobs, promotions, and accomplishments for our current Goldie Scholars, recent graduates, and Alumnae! Congratulations!

Angela Azmitia has been published twice this year, most recently with Negocios Now and earlier as an interview with RE Journals. She is a recent graduate of Roosevelt University’s Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate.

Megan Bronstein is now Vice President – Corporate Finance at GEM Realty Capital. She is a recent graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.

Kemeena Brooks is a part of West Garfield Park’s Sankofa Wellness Village, which recently won the Pritzker-Traubert 2022 Chicago prize of $10 million dollars. She is an alumna of Loyola University Chicago’s Baumhart Scholars MBA Program.

Katie Bryan is now Commercial Counsel at NiSource. She is an alumna of Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Wanqiu Chen is now Senior Associate – Construction at Exponent. She is an alumna of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign’s Business and Civil Engineering schools.

Trish Gordon is now Vice President – Portfolio Lead at JLL. Trish is an alumna of Roosevelt University’s Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate.

 

Michelle Kilgallon was on the winning team for the Northwestern University Real Estate Venture competition winning the grand prize of $100,000.

                                        

Caroline Lehman will start a new role as an Associate at Hines in Washington, D.C. She is an alumna of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Chelsa Moore is now Interim Assistant Director in the Systems Government Costing department at the University of Illinois System. She is an alumna of the University of Illinois – Chicago.

Hannah Saed was sworn into the Illinois Bar and is a recent graduate from Chicago Kent College of Law.

Kathryn Skelton is graduating from Marquette University and starting a new role at Hammes Partners as Private Equity Senior Analyst.

Sheila Urban started a new position as Chief Revenue Officer for Pheonix Builders. She is an alumna of DePaul University’s Business School’s Real Estate Center.
